Government College of Technology is an autonomous state-funded engineering college located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The college is affiliated to Anna University. Started in 1945 as Sir Arthur Hope College and guided by the pioneering vision of G.D Naidu, an innovator par excellence, and widely regarded as the Edison of India, this educational institution has grown to set the benchmarks in technical education.
