Westworks are a collaborative group of housing associations and local authorities, who work together to achieve better value through the potential extra buying power of a ‘larger client’. Established in 2007, Westworks provides solutions that aim to achieve prices that better those that are individually negotiated, resulting in cost savings with the added incentive of internal (mini-tender) competition.
