Home Hospice Association is a Canadian Registered Charity that provides support to anyone facing a life-limiting illness with a choice of resources, care, and support so they may die well and in peace. Working closely with local agencies and municipalities all over the province, we offer many services, from Hospice at Home to Canada’s only pre and peri-natal hospice support, to grief programs aimed at normalizing death for children, teens, and adults. These programs are conducted by trained professionals who understand the unique challenges, fears, and uncertainties surrounding death. Our Mission To destigmatize death and dying and facilitate the emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of a person facing death at every stage of the end of life journey, while educating, supporting, and providing compassionate comfort to families and loved ones.
