In addition to a wide range of general commercial litigious matters, the firm provides specialist legal services in contractual, company and partnership disputes, professional indemnity, insurance, insolvency and defamation. A significant part of the practice is acting for both legal and medical practitioners in disciplinary or malpractice matters. The Partners have also acted in public law matters, including major constitutional litigation in the High Court of Australia. In recent years, Iles Selley Lawyers has developed a substantial practice in the criminal Courts acting for privately funded clients.
