Aquarius Tech is the UK tech investing arm of Taurus Asset Finance, a financial services group with a cross-border focus primarily on venture capital investments and providing advisory and fund management services. It then founded the ARIE Group in 2016 to invest in technology start-ups and now boasts a strong track record and diverse portfolio. Now a global enterprise with offices in 6 countries, the ARIE Group's investee companies have so far achieved 2 full exits (including one to Google), 2 partial exits, 2 IPOs in Israel and the US with a further scheduled IPO in 2022-23. The Aquarius Technology EIS platform builds on Taurus' success so far to offer further opportunities to investors. We are taking a different approach to the Fund Model in that you can invest into the fund or choose the individual companies you would like to support. Investment Thesis Essentially this can be split down to the following points: • A proof of concept and/or barrier to entry • Market traction, either with revenues already or the ability to generate revenues very shortly • An initial B2B approach • Capable and dedicated management • The ability to scale and grow with significant upside potential Typical ticket size £500K to £750K and Valuations of typically £6M to £12M We are not passive investors and are involved in mentoring all the investee companies we support to enhance shareholder value.
