Business Goals is a ministry of Bayside Church and Thrive. It was created in the mid 1990’s and has been taught to companies for over 20 years. The program was described in book form, titled The Right Side of the Equation, published in 2005. The program is now taught on a regular basis via video with class facilitators through churches across the country. In simple terms, the program teaches you how to reach your company's wildest goals…but in a way that incorporates the most important things to your customers, employees and vendors, too. The program has proven to be timeless and companies have continued to implement the concepts since its inception.
