Philadelphia READS provides opportunities for individuals, community groups, corporations and foundations to help put a child on the path to academic success. Volunteers and stakeholders inspire a lifelong love of reading and help build a child’s literacy skills. Our 4 core programs -- The Book Bank, Power Partners, Reading Olympics and Summer Reads are created and lead by education professionals who train and support a strong corps of volunteers.
