Vital Hardware is a UK charity. Its focus is to provide hardware to talented people living in disadvantaged communities and accelerates their entry to the UK’s creative sector, ultimately making it a more diverse and inclusive industry. To help the creative sector make use of the diverse talent that exists in the UK to fuel and support its growth and become the world's most inclusive creative industry. We are on a mission to equip and empower a new generation of diverse talent for UK agencies; giving the most promising people living in disadvantaged communities fair access to creative careers, and helping to close the diversity gap in the UK’s creative industry. Vital Hardware will supply the most promising young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with access to the right hardware and software. Tools that are vital to helping them train, learn, build portfolios and successfully apply for jobs in the creative industry.
