After 25+ years in commercial construction management, Bob understands the importance of informative and economical high-quality site and building progress photos that tell the whole story of job status for owners, architects/engineers, developers, and general contractors. Equally important promotional photos of new and established developments provide buyers and tenants much more information about the facility and the surrounding businesses. Ever-improving drone technology does this better than any other form of photography. Bob has been piloting drones for over 2 years, is FAA Part 107 licensed- including nighttime operations certification, locally licensed and insured. All photo and video editing is done in-house to maintain costs. We do not offer interior photography or virtual models at this time but are open to partnering with companies using this technology.
