Bright Employment
www.brightemployment.com.auBright is an ethical company located in Sydney, Australia which was established to help people find meaningful employment with opportunities to create a career. Our programs are also geared towards solving the hospitality and commercial cleaning industries' problems with finding well-trained, local employees and ending the welfare cycle. We provide training and support to ensure our students have the best possible chance of success from training to job placement. We partner with a wide range of socially aligned businesses to provide meaningful long-term employment for our graduates. Our current training programs and pathways to employment operate in the target sectors of hospitality and commercial cleaning. Bright currently runs two unique and exciting hospitality programs. Our training program in Surry Hills provides food services for the kitchen at the Wesley Mission homeless shelter, while our new Youth hospitality program runs the café at the GWS GIANTS Café in Sydney Olympic Park. Both programs prepare graduates to successfully enter the workforce with the right training. With an emphasis on real kitchen and customer service experience, our hospitality students are trained in all aspects of working in a commercial kitchen under acclaimed Head Chef Ty Bellingham, who is considered one of the best in the country. Bright’s commercial cleaning students complete half of a Cert III in Cleaning Operations, to be completed once they start employment under a traineeship “on the job” over the next 12 months. This beneficial arrangement allows for the skilled students to enter the paid workforce in a shorter amount of time, while still gaining their qualifications. We work with some of Australia’s most respected training organisations including TAFE and Upskilled. Bright is always keen to connect with possible social, placement and supply partners. Bright Hospitality and Bright Employment are sister companies, within the Bright Group.
