FVT's principal business activity is the development of battery-electric mining vehicles. The design of which primarily takes place in the Pitt Meadows, BC location and spans from developing a vehicle from the ground up, to consulting on existing projects. FVT designs and implements custom battery solutions, electric drivetrains, frame reinforcements/modifications, cooling/heating systems, air conditioning systems, power electronics systems, hydraulic, low voltage control systems, and fully integrates firmware, among other things. FVT also provides service and support for the vehicles it develops. This includes (both under and above ground) routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, warranty claims and full vehicle rebuilds. This takes place in the Sudbury, Ontario location. FVT’s systems are clean, efficient, and outperform their diesel predecessors.
