Danae Woodward has over 25 years of diverse legal experience representing multinational and Fortune 100 companies, public employers, labor unions, and individuals. Danae has significant experience with a broad range of employment and labor matters, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Wage & Hour, USERRA, various state employment and labor law statutes, employee privacy, workplace violence, breach of contract, employment torts, covenants not to compete, and non-solicitation agreements. Danae is also a Certified Superior Court mediator, with an emphasis on EEOC complaints and other employment-related disputes. Russell Woodward has significant trial experience, a large law firm background, and extensive experience as an in-house and General Counsel to public and private companies. Russell represents investors, small businesses, and middle-market companies, especially with respect to their general corporate, employment, litigation/risk management, and real estate needs. With both large law firm experience and a business perspective based on his prior in-house and general counsel positions, Russell offers our clients a reasonable and efficient alternative to either a larger law firm or an in-house attorney.
