Ambitious, forward-thinking and backed by a group of visionaries keen to bring a fresh approach to the business of real estate development, Manara Developments was established in Bahrain in 2006 as a joint venture between Al Salam Bank Bahrain and strategic partners, to develop real estate projects initially in Bahrain but with the aim of expanding to cover a wider market across the Gulf region. Manara Developments is primarily a land owner/developer. In some cases, the Company take the role of development manager for other land owners where this is seen as strategic to the Company’s growth and development. The Company aim is to develop medium to large scale projects, including residential and/or commercial components, which will be sympathetic to their environment and will contribute to the social and economic development of the nation in which the Company operates.
