Luis Alberto Arce With nearly three decades of senior-level corporate and entrepreneurial career experience in management, sales, marketing, promotion, forecasting and budget planning, Orlando-based Luis Alberto Arce offers consummate expertise in the real estate industry. Lived in Orlando and had worked in all facets of the Vacation Ownership industry such as Condo Hotels ,Vacation Homes and Timeshares with a certification as a Fractional Real Estate Professional, he currently serves as Founder of upstart Futura Real Estate, LLC, which is working toward development of a new condo hotel project in the Orlando market. Since 1998, he has also served as CEO of Experience Sunvestments International, LLC, overseeing all aspects of development, management and operation of companies that have generated multi-million dollar revenues. There, Luis has produced an ongoing flow of new sales through personal referrals from buyers & sellers, his own personal marketing websites, and a trusted network of partner realtors. In addition, he has been with timeshare leaders like Westgate Resorts, Sunterra Resorts, Calypso Cay Resorts and Island Resorts in a leadership roles; Luis attended Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, Connecticut mayor in Business Administration. He has additional studies via seminars in sales, management marketing holds a Florida Real Estate Broker. He speaks English, Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
