Live in Their World (LITW) is a program to help employees develop more respectful ways to interact with each other. We use proprietary, research-backed training techniques and immersive technologies such as VR to foster deeper understanding of why colleagues from different demographic groups may experience certain interactions as microaggressions. With that understanding, we then help employees develop and practice new skills for respectful engagement at work.
