Thanks to the internet and online housing platforms, there is an incredible amount of current market information available at any home buyer’s fingertips. Traditionally, realtors acted as a gatekeeper for access to housing market information. Today, in real time, a home buyer can find almost all of the same information as a licensed realtor. At Square State Realty we believe that if you are going to do a broker’s work you should earn a broker’s pay. That is why sharing our commission with our clients is the right and the logical choice. At Square State, all qualifying Square State clients will receive at least 10% of the commission received by the Square State realtor. Depending on the number of houses viewed, the commission split could be as much as 50%.
