We acquire these companies and their assets, eliminate the inefficiencies and realize potential capital gains. Our team has a depth of technical expertise and local knowledge, allowing us to successfully purchase complex legal structures arising from situations such as divestitures, real estate asset deals, M&A transactions and market exits. Our target market is South East Asia, focusing primarily on Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia.
