Since 1995, Hubbell & Hubbell Architects has pushed the boundaries of sustainable design and the use of alternative building materials--being the first firm to permit strawbale structures in the San Diego County & the City of San Diego, and the first firm to meet the County’s Green Building program requirements. Principal Architect Drew Hubbell works closely with his father, celebrated local artist James T. Hubbell. Together they design and fabricate unique architectural details, resulting in truly memorable works of artful, sustainable architecture.
