We are dedicated and avid supporters of Primary Care transformation. As we improve team structures and clinic workflows, we can reduce the stress and burden that clinicians feel. People seeking care often struggle to maneuver through the healthcare system, particularly in our most vulnerable communities. Experiencing stress and frustration when attempting to seek and receive care impacts quality of life and access to opportunities. The work of diversifying and equipping our healthcare workers allows the people we serve to be seen and heard in a way that is truly holistic in nature and honoring to their lived experiences. The Interprofessional Primary Care Institute seeks to be and train integrated healers in the truest sense of the term; to know the untold stories and allow them to shape the care of the people we serve. We provide educational and skills training that is open to diverse life experiences, practical applications and evidence based methods in a context of dignity and respect to unleash the flow of creative ideas every organization needs to thrive!
