About Us Heitha Staffing Group is a company that plies its trade in the recruitment industry offering both flexible staffing solutions, permanent skills sourcing & placement and consulting in the related fields. The company is formed and led by Milton Kekana and Philip Tate. Milton and Philip are both engineers by qualifications and training and have extensive experience in the automotive, financial and recruitment industries. The main focus for the company is to work with partners in order to deliver the following;  Specialising with the placement of FIAS RE qualified, Sales, Call Centre and Risk & Compliance personnel.  Training of unemployed youth (prioritising graduates) by imparting the required skills e.g. FAIS Regulatory Exam qualifications, etc.  Mentoring and coaching the youth in order to prepare and place them.  Support companies with their Graduates selection and placement program  Sourcing and Placing of permanent and temporary staff in the Financial, Automotive and other related Industries. Our niche is to focus on the industries we know and understand. This we do in order to deliver high quality service. Understanding our client’s vision and mission, forms the cornerstone of what we do in order to stay relevant, but most importantly to deliver great customer service.
