Common Ground with Jane Whitney, produced by Conversations On the Green, brings nationally recognized voices and artists to the pine-crowned Litchfield hills, supporting a mission to educate (and invigorate) the community through discussion of the country’s most provocative issues and ideas. Our events are interactive, Town Hall style forums allowing both the speakers and the audience to share experiences, perspectives and insights in an effort to build an ongoing conversation that strengthens community bonds. Our Conversations are crafted with an intent towards attracting a diverse audience, offering education through discourse, creating curiosity, and subsequent action within our community and beyond.
