LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LAW We represent individuals, businesses, and labor unions in state and federal court proceedings, labor arbitration hearings, and proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies. We also act as a neutral arbitrator, mediator, and Special Master in these cases. NEW YORK WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW We represent individuals, particularly people who work in the building and construction trades, in all proceedings before the New York Workers' Compensation Board ["WCB"]. We also represent some employers in WCB proceedings involving the Uninsured Employers Fund. SOCIAL SECURITY AND OTHER DISABILITY BENEFITS LAW We represent individuals in Social Security Disability, New York State Retirement System Disability, and other disability benefit matters. CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT & OTHER PERSONAL INJURY LAW We represent individuals in state and federal court personal injury actions, particularly construction accident lawsuits brought under the New York Labor Law and motor vehicle accident lawsuits. We also act as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in these cases.
