EduDream is a Latina owned education consulting firm that partners with organizations working to ensure educational equity for racially and economically diverse students. We provide research, evaluation, strategic planning and technical assistance that helps education leaders uncover systemic issues, explain program impact, and leverage evidence to drive strategy and decision-making. Our work focuses on eliminating achievement gaps (early childhood through high school), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), college and career readiness, educator effectiveness, and data analytics and insights. At EduDream, we believe every child has the capacity to grow intellectually and creatively to reach their fullest learning potential-irrespective of ethnicity, race, gender or socioeconomic status.
