CHCs are located throughout the state in rural, frontier, and urban settings. CHCs provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health care to one in eight Coloradans. • CHCs are unique in that they are governed by community boards where 51% of the board is patients. • CHCs provide health care to low income working families. • CHCs serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
