Greentech expertized in the building construction method so called Conventional Construction Method and Industrial Building System (IBS) Precast Technology with minimum in- situ works which believe will be create more value to our clients in terms of saving time and money, also benefits to the environment by more predictable construction period and produces lesser material wastages. As present, Greentech has registered as a rank G7 IBS Precast Contractor on Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and successfully completed numerous of projects by applying the IBS Precast Technology in Industrial, Commercial, Housing, Schools and Hospital building. With the successes from the IBS projects, Greentech is now also moving towards the path of developing the own design on-site casting precast components.
