مجتمع آموزشی روزبه به مناسبت بزرگداشت استاد رضا روزبه، نام این آموزگار فداکار و پرتلاش را برای خود برگزیده است، با هدف ایجاد محیطی آموزشی برای تربیت و تعلیم کودکان و دانشآموزان ایران اسلامی تاسیس گردیده است. فلسفه و نگرش حاکم بر سیاستگذاریها و فعّالیّتهای مجتمع، برنامهریزی برای استفاده هرچه بیشتر و بهتر از دوران تحصیل دانشآموزان میباشد. دورانی که دانشآموز مناسبترین شرایط جهت آموختن و شکلگیری قابلیتها و استعدادهای خود را داراست. به همین منظور مدیریت مجتمع از آغاز تاسیس تلاش داشته تا موجبات آموزش و فراگیری هرچه بیشتر و بهتر را برای دانشآموزان روزبه فراهم آورده و از این دوران حساس و تاثیرگذار زندگی تک تک دانشآموزان خود جهت رشد و شکوفائی استعدادهای ایشان استفاده نماید. بر اساس همین دیدگاه برنامه آموزشی در مجتمع روزبه به محتوای استاندارد و مدون اعلام شده از سوی وزارت آموزش و پرورش خلاصه نشده و در هر مقطع با در نظر گرفتن شرایط و سن دانشآموزان برنامههای مختلف آموزشی و پرورشی جهت تعمیق معلومات و همچنین تعلیم علوم، فنون و مهارتهای مختلف که احیانا در برنامه معمول آموزش کشور وجود ندارد پرداخته میشود. The philosophy and attitude of the integrated policymakers and activities is to plan for more and better use of the students' education. The time when the student has the most opportunity to learn and develop his abilities and talents. To this end, Integrated Management has been working since its inception to provide more and better education and learning to day-to-day students, and to use this critical and influential time in their students' lives to grow and flourish their talents. Based on the same perspective, the curriculum at Roozbeh Complex has not been summarized in the standard and codified content announced by the Ministry of Education and at all times considering the conditions and age of students in different educational and training programs to deepen their knowledge as well as science education, techniques. And various skills that are probably not included in the usual curriculum of the country.
