Currently, the Intermediates and APIs for various therapeutic categories are being developed and scaled-up to commercial scale by aSai. aSai also undertakes Contract Manufacturing/ Custom Synthesis Projects of domestic as well as overseas clients with a strong emphasis on Quality, Reliability and Cost Effectiveness. Our R&D facility ‘Nucleus’, is the state of the art facility set-up at Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai with a mission ‘Excellence through Innovation’. Our Manufacturing site is located strategically at Patalganga Industrial Area, near Navi Mumbai. Strategically, it is near to JNPT port and close to planned international airport in Navi Mumbai. It is a multipurpose facility designed on the principles of ICH Q7 guidelines comprising of various top end technology platforms to cater to the process technology innovations, scale-up/pilot plants and dedicated trains for commercial production of Intermediates and APIs.
