CBM is an international Christian disability and development organisation, transforming the lives of people with disabilities - and communities at risk - in the world's poorest communities. We treat and prevent disabling diseases and help people with disabilities to go to school, earn a living, access medical care and be respected in their communities. Globally, CBM reaches around 30 million people every year. Our vision is an inclusive world in which all people with disabilities enjoy their human rights and achieve their full potential. CBM UK is part of the global CBM federation, providing funds and expertise to deliver life-changing programmes and inspiring the UK to act on disability and development. Our team, based near Cambridge, includes around 25 staff with expertise in programme management, policy and advocacy, finance, HR, fundraising and communications. CBM UK’s Chair of Trustees is Jan Flawn and our CEO is Kirsty Smith.
