Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Socialserve is a nonprofit that connects people to housing and provides supportive, second chance employment. Our call center helps people in 31 states to find and market housing. Because we manage data on 2.8 million housing units provided by over 128,000 property providers, we can also assist with disaster recovery, tenant relocation, landlord recruitment, waiting list management, prescreening support, hotlines, phone surveys and other methods of housing data collection.
