Kathleen DiChiara is a Functional Nutrition Practitioner. She and her staff work primarily as nutrition educators and consultants in the area of Functional Nutrition, which is an emerging speciality within the field of nutrition. Functional Nutrition emphasizes high quality, nutrient dense food that is diverse in phytonutrients to address clinical imbalances to move individuals toward their optimal level of health and away from the state of disease. Our approach fosters an investigative approach and is grounded in education that is both results-oriented and person-centered. We teach online courses, offer private consultations, hold educational lectures as well as a wide variety of media sources, to help the public navigate their own health complaints and discover the solutions to resolve them using real, nutrient-dense food and self-care. We believe everyone can and should learn habits that can be incorporated into their daily life that lead to improved health outcomes and lifelong resiliency.
