Too many teachers and leaders are leaving the field of education due to burnout. MKJ's mission is to provide district and school leaders as well as teachers with the tools they need (coaching, training, materials) to remain excited and efficacious in their mission. IMMEDIATE: As we prepare for the opening of schools post (or amidst) the pandemic, our first product is classroom management training that focuses on positive student-teacher relationships and a culture of high expectations that results in 80-90% success in students following expectations. We also have workbooks for teachers that contain lesson plans to assist them with teaching into expectations that are available as is or accompanied by a training.
