Colonial Acres of Humboldt is a Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility located in Humboldt, Nebraska. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified nursing facility with 49 Long Term Care beds and 14 Assisted Living Apartments. Assisted Living offers one bedroom and spacious studio apartments which have individual bathrooms with showers, mini kitchens with microwave and refrigerator. We provide in-patient and out-patient physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our state of the art facility.
