Anchor Counselling exists to help people improve their psychological well-being and mental health, by providing accredited professional and confidential services tailored to your needs wherever you are from. We have a contract with Hounslow IAPT service offering short term counselling support to the local community in different locations across the borough. We work with a range in multiple languages, and with interpreters where necessary.
