Our architectural practice, established in 1996, is dedicated to the Architectural aspects of creating live entertainment venues. Working closely with the Production Team, we design the various production components into a NYC code compliant venue while enhancing the purpose of the event. We have a comprehensive understanding of the building codes, fire codes, equipment and personalities within the special event industry. We also expedite the required NYC Dept of Buildings Work Permits and Temporary Place of Assembly Permits, we also coordinate with FDNY and other government agencies. We are specific to the Special Events Industry.
