Paese [paˈeze] means “town or village” and for us this symbolizes neighbourhood. Over our neighbourhood cucina’s 20 years, we have stayed true to a handcrafted and house-made approach to a menu that’s Italian-inspired, with a distinctive and original made-in-Canada twist. Two Paeses now exist – both of which emphasize pairings: Wine to Food, Food to Place – thus each Paese offers its own atmosphere, menu, and experience.
