Bodhi Health started in 2015, is based out of Singapore & India. Bodhi was incubated and supported by Duke SEAD and Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE), IIM Ahmadabad. The venture is among the 12 global innovators at the Innovations in Healthcare network and has won several awards for its innovative learning & training solutions such as MIT Solve and MIINT at Wharton University of Pennsylvania. Core of Bodhi's platform includes: - Library with 100+ hours of how-to demonstrative videos by expert clinicians - Competency based technical, behavioral and psychometric assessments - Simulated, game-based learning for maternal and child health - Deep performance analytics dashboards for faculty and clinical educators - Accessible on mobile and desktop for anytime learning Our solutions are used by: Hospitals: Enabling frontline staff to practice evidence-based protocols at point of care - Conduct in-service training for their clinical staff - Deep technical and psychometric staff-assessment for hiring and promotion - Make their own training content, SOPs and checklists through the platform - Measure performance and drive compliance Medical colleges : Enabling the faculty and students to engage in online learning - Access and learn from Bodhi's video based library - Add/upload their own teaching content for students - Conduct assessments for the students Public Health & Government: Giving nurses confidence at the frontlines to handle high-risk pregnancy cases - Simulates real-life cases - Improves decision-making skills - Practice evidence-based protocols
