At Practice Yoga, we are dedicated to teaching traditional Yoga. Like any fine instrument, we produce a more harmonious melody through regular tuning! Our traditional Ashtanga, classical Hatha, Power and Yoga Wall classes are taught, not simply led. At Practice Yoga, your teachers will employ hands-on adjustments that focus on the proper alignment of your asanas (poses), so that you can perfect you practice in daily life.
