The Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) is the Peninsula’s premier Fitness, Aquatics and Fun PARC connecting individuals and communities through diverse and exciting aquatic and physical activities. The $49.7 million facility has been constructed with the support of Frankston City Council and the Federal and State Governments. The PARC asset is provisioned to a wholly owned subsidiary of Frankston City Council - Peninsula Leisure Pty Ltd. Peninsula Leisure is governed by an independent board of five skills based Directors, plus a shareholder nominee present at all meetings of the Board.
