It establish processes and organization for education on sustainable development, management of environmental and water issues, involving children, youth, and elders in the cycle through using ICT and methods on sustainability. HRDEF develops capacity building for environment and sustainable development in school children through mapping with curriculum and skills development. HRDEF promotes natural resource management, water, land resources management, sustainable agriculture, bio-diversity enrichment, vegetation development, and disaster management using educational inventiveness.
