Fabienne Chaplais created Mathedu with her husband and collaborator François, in order to teach numerical mathematics for engineers on line, with Python scripts examples. The aim is to teach numerical analysis with Python scripting examples, in order to enhance the programming skills of mathematicians, and to improve the productivity of numerical programs developers. A series of courses are currently developed, starting with the different kind of numbers sets (N, Z, Q, and finally R), and going up to calcul us. The scheme of delivery is the following: 1.
