Carso's Pasta, a family owned and operated business, began in 1986 by entrepreneur Dave Brown, and has been serving the restaurant and grocery community of Seattle and surrounding areas ever since. Carso's Pasta believes quality does not need to be compromised by quantity. We make our products fresh daily using wholesome and natural ingredients with no stabilizers or preservatives. Originally started as a manufacturer of children's pasta shapes, Carso's has expanded beyond fresh pasta to include a variety of high quality foods.
