The Forum was first established in 1997. Since its inception, the Forum has become one of Australia’s preeminent leadership development initiatives. The Forum has existed to provide the upcoming generation of leaders with a lens to explore what sits beneath their words and actions. Over the years, the Forum has become a hallmark event for young leaders across Australia - marking a pivotal time to engage with other leaders, discuss ideas and beliefs, and establish a dialogue about who they are over what role they hold. In 2021 the National Leadership Forum was launched as an initiative driven by the alumni of past Forums.
