Carl is a Graphic Designer primarily in the area of Billboards. For more than 30 years he designed and hand painted Billboards, including photo realistic image depiction. Currently he designs them on computer. He is also a Fine Artist working in Oil. He has expertise in mural work, and Airbrush as well, and will consider commissions in these, along with portraiture.
