Hi there, I'm Lisa Jones, and I'm an experienced coach and mentor. I have been coaching for almost a decade, working as an internal coach with individuals within a professional services organisation who are on promotion track, looking to change career or returning to work after a period of leave. I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation, the EY LLP Coaching & Mentoring Network and an Associate member of the CIPD. I'm an accredited career and family coach and a qualified practitioner in a number of psychometric tools as well as a Mental Health First-Aider. The service I'm offering through Authentic Conversations is as a coach and mentor on a pro bono basis, supporting individuals on a one to one basis, and working more broadly with schools, colleges and charities. Working in the pro bono space gives me opportunities to engage with a more diverse audience across many more sectors and it ties into a core value of mine of being able to give-back.
