Ms. Nichols is nationally recognized in her field for excellence and precision in her work and dedication to serving clients. Her experience includes 34 years in transit, safety and security with public and non-profit agencies, coordination and management of the American Public Transportation Association's Safety and Security Management Programs, and consulting since 1998.
