He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL with a major in Information Technology. Mr. Colella retired from IBM in June 2017 after 37 years of service in the technology industry as an accomplished Business Partner Relationship Executive to run the “family’ real estate and commercial warehouse business full time. John Colella - Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Colella recently retired from the day to day operations. Prior to his retirement, Mr. John Colella had almost 50 years of business development history in the South Florida commercial real estate industry, including product sales, property management, and business development consulting.
