Our centre utilises state-of-the-art planning and treatment techniques to provide patients with the most technically advanced treatment, partnered with high standards of patient care and support. The two-storey centre houses a two-bunker radiotherapy facility, two state-of-the-art linear accelerators (LinAcs), a wide-bore CT scanner, consultant offices, consulting rooms and an eight bay chemotherapy suite. The service is led by a clinical oncologist and a dedicated specialist team using some of the latest technologies in cancer care and giving you fast access to the treatment you need in a caring, clean and comfortable environment. Spire Healthcare’s specialist cancer centre opened in the Essex Healthcare Park in Chelmsford in autumn 2015. The facility serves patients of Brentwood, Billericay, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas of Essex and East London.
