Palliative Care South East is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist palliative care services to people across the South East region of metropolitan Melbourne. We support people with a life-limiting illness to live well by offering support at home to improve the quality of life of individuals, carers and families. Our services are available to anyone living in the communities of Cardinia, Casey, Greater Dandenong and parts of Kingston. We care for people of all ages, free of charge, and are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, for support.
