Our visions is to provide High School seniors with resources to enhance the transition to professional life or higher education. ________________________________________________________________________________ There is a lack of engagement with providing the youth in under-resourced communities in Massachusetts with progressive opportunity. Minorities are underrepresented in positions of leadership across many corporate sectors. This in return creates a clear disadvantage when it comes to accessing information at those higher levels. The Follow My Steps Foundation wants to close those gaps.
