Welcome to In-Shape, a growing group of health clubs based in California. We currently have 45 locations and are ranked as one of the top 20 health club companies in the United States. Notice that we didn’t say “gyms.” That’s because we’re about a whole lot more than just lifting weights, or getting your cardio in. No other health club offers such a comprehensive combination of fitness, recreation, relaxation, and community. It’s not just about offering more, it’s about offering something bigger.
